Our Faith

Christ Covenant Church has firm roots in the historic Christian faith. We subscribe to the Apostles' Creed and Nicene Creed, the Definition of Chalcedon and the Athanasian Creed, as well as these Reformation Confessions: the Heidelberg Catechism, the Belgic Confession, and the Canons of Dort.

In line with those very confessions, however, we believe that the Bible is God's inspired and authoritative Word, and is the judge of all confessions, writings, beliefs, and deeds of human beings. We therefore always want to be disciplined and reformed by God's own Word, not only in our individual lives but also as a church community.

For more detailed information on the stance of our council members, please see our page on confessional subscription.
